Dividend

The payment or amount of any annual dividends may be affected by a number of factors, including but not limited to, the Group's business prospects, cash requirements, financial performance, tax and regulatory considerations, payment practices of other publicly traded European telecommunications operators and the general economic climate.


Annual dividends are expected to be between 50% and 100% of the Company's annual distributable profit relating to the immediately preceding year.
