Tax Certificate Delivery:
The tax certificates as defined by law for the purposes of annual tax return (hereinafter: Certificate) are delivered by CDCC (Central Depository and Clearing Company, Heinzelova 62a, 10 000 Zagreb, phone: +385 1 4607 300, e-mail: skdd.za.investitore@skdd.hr, web-site: www.skdd.hr). At the beginning of the year the tax certificates for the previous year are sent to all investors (to whom the tax and surtax on the basis of the dividend payment is calculated and paid). To all investors who have not activated My e-account service, CDCC initially sends the Certificate by post free of charge. However, any subsequent issuance of Certificates on demand is charged (billable). We advise all investors to activate CDCC’s online service My e-account as soon as possible and download the Certificate, because the users of the service My e-account have the possibility to download the Certificate online and free of charge.
Subsequent issuance of tax certificate – free of charge
MY E-ACCOUNT: users of the service My e-account can download the Certificate free of charge.
Subsequent issuance of tax certificate – billable:
- BY POST: delivery of written request for a subsequent issuance of Certificates to CDCC is not needed. The payment of the amount of 12,50 HRK on the account CDCC: 2390001-1100017198 (IBAN HR9823900011100017198) is sufficient. It is very important to enter the correct reference number: 162-162-OIB-YYYY or ClientID-YYYY. YYYY is the year for which the Certificate is requested. If in the reference number a certain year is not entered, it shall be considered the payment relates to the issuance of Certificate for the previous calendar year. For example, if the reference number is 162-OIB-2012 or 162-ClientID-2012 or 162-OIB or 162-ClientID, it shall be considered that the payment relates to Certificate for the year 2012. After the payment is received with the correct reference number, CDCC will automatically send Certificate and invoice to the investor's correspondence address. All payments with the incorrect reference number will not be processed automatically. Such payments will be processed later, upon delivery of copy of payment receipt to the CDCC, by which the investor will be indentified.
- IN THE INVESTORS' OFFICE: you will receive the Certificate directly. It is possible to make the payment in cash or by bank/credit card in the investors office.
Correspondence address check::
We invite all investors to check the correctness of their correspondence address, to ensure the delivery of Certificate to the correct address:
- Online - using free of charge internet My e-account
- Dialing the phone number (+385) 01 4607 300 (answering machine: menu 3, submenu 2) with the identification by OIB and PIN of the basic account.
Correspondence address change:
Domestic and foreign natural persons can change their basic account correspondence address:
- Online - using free of charge internet My e-account
- With personally signed written request accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document. The request have to be submitted by post;
- Personally in the CDCC Investors' office;
- In telephone conversation with the CDCC operator dialing the phone number +385 1 4607 300 (answering machine: menu 0) and identification with basic account ID and PIN.
Foreign legal entities can change their correspondence address online, or in the Investors’ office or with the written request signed and sealed (the request can be submitted by fax).
The above mentioned stands for change of correspondence address for representative accounts and accounts for other purposes.
Corresponding address does not have to be proved, i.e. it does not have to be the same as the address of residence/headquarters address.
Correspondence address of custody and portfolio accounts cannot be changed.
