Ivan Bartulović

Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer for Human Resources and Customer Operations (COO)

Ivan Bartulović took over the role of a Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer for Human Resources and Customer Operations (COO) on 1 July 2024. Since 2019, he has been a Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Croatian Telecom.

He is responsible for Strategic HR Management, Customer Operations Management, and Digital Sales and Support, with his responsibilities including organizational transformation, remuneration models and employee cost management, human resources planning and development, technical services for private, business and ICT customers, as well as a call center for private customers and digital sales and customer support.

He began his career in 2005 in financial consultancy at Privredna banka Zagreb. From 2010, he was an Executive Director for Strategic Human Resources at CEMEX Group, responsible for their operations in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia. Between 2016 and his appointment as CHRO at Croatian Telecom, he was a Member of A1 Group's Leadership Team and Cluster Senior Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications for business segments in Croatia and North Macedonia.

He graduated in Business Economics in 2004, gaining a master's degree in Financial Management from the Faculty of Economics in Split in 2008. He completed his MBA studies at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany and EADA Business School in Spain in 2016. During the MBA studies, he also studied at Georgetown University in the USA and Lingnan University in China. In 2014, he attended Harvard Business School, specializing in the area of Business Transformation Management.
