Siniša Đuranović

Member of the Management Board and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (CCO)

Siniša Đuranović was born in 1972 in Zagreb. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 1997. Mr. Đuranović started his career at Law Office Filipović with focus on corporate law and domestic and international consulting in major acquisitions. In 2000, Mr. Đuranović joined Hrvatski Telekom. Within his career path at Hrvatski Telekom, he has been a member of leading teams and has been managing strategic projects of Hrvatski Telekom and of other HT Group companies, aimed at corporate and technological transformation, development of the digital society and establishing Hrvatski Telekom as the technological leader and the leading telecommunications operator in this part of Europe.

With his strategic orientation, creative and innovative thinking, results orientation, focus on customer and employee satisfaction as well as exceptional communication and negotiations skills, Siniša Đuranović has been developing at senior management positions in the Company and in the region. In 2009, he became General Counsel and Operating Director for Legal, Regulatory and Market Competition Affairs, Public Affairs and Compliance.

He assumed the responsibilities of Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2015. From this position, he now coordinates and manages the Company’s strategy, M&A, legal and regulatory affairs, national and international wholesale, electronic communications infrastructure, media and digital services as well as business transformation.

He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crnogorski Telekom, Management Board member of HT holding d.o.o. and Supervisory Board member of the public company Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar.
