Croatian Telecom amends the provisions of the Share Buyback Program
Following the announcement from 3 September 2024, Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ; “the Company”), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that the Management Board on 5 September 2024 adopted amendments to the Share Buyback Program initiated in April 2021, with duration of five years (hereinafter referred to as: “the Program”).
The purpose of the Program remains unchanged, while the amendments enable a more efficient acquisition of Company shares and Program execution.
Amendments enable other banks that are members of Zagreb Stock Exchange to participate in the execution of the Program, in addition to the brokerage house InterCapital vrijednosni papiri Ltd.

These increases are within the frame determined by General Assembly decision as of 23 April 2021.
The Program continues to be subject to amendments at any moment of its duration.
