Treasury Share Buyback through Accelerated Book Building process - notification on acquisition of shares

Following the notification as of 12 September 2023 and pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, Croatian Telecom Inc. (“HT Inc.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that the investment company Interkapital vrijednosni papiri d.o.o., through Accelerated Book Building process, made the following acquisition of Company (treasury) shares in the name and on behalf of the Company at the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE):

• On 14 September 2023, 268,657 shares, identification code HT, were acquired at a weighted average price of EUR 26.9 per share, representing 0.341040% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Following this acquisition, HT Inc. holds in total 640,701 treasury shares, representing 0.813322% of the Company’s issued share capital. Share capital amounts to EUR 1,359,742,172 and is divided into 78,775,842 shares without nominal value.
