Notification of transactions of person discharging managerial responsibilities

Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/522, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Croatian Telcom Inc. (“HT Inc.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies on the acquisition of Company shares by persons discharging managerial responsibilities. Within the Company`s Share Award Plan (PDD) for the managers, on 25 April 2024 HT Inc. transferred 3,459 Company`s shares outside the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) to managers included in the continuing insider list, as follows:

1. Director of Brand Sector of HT Inc., Mrs. Branka Bajt, acquired 270 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 44 per share, representing 0.000346% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mrs. Branka Bajt holds in total 270 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000346% of the Company’s issued share capital.

2. Director of Business Sales Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Goran Brnjac, acquired 200 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 44 per share, representing 0.000256% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mr. Goran Brnjac holds in total 757 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000971% of the Company’s issued share capital.

3. Director of Customer Technical Services of HT Inc., Mr. Petar Čavrag, acquired 205 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 44 per share, representing 0.000263% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mr. Petar Čavrag holds in total 1,125 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.001442% of the Company’s issued share capital.

4. Director of Treasury and Accounting Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Karlo Došen, acquired 311 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 44 per share, representing 0.000399% of the Company’s issued share capital.

6. Director of Residential Customer Sales Sector of HT Inc., Mrs. Magda Marinović, acquired 290 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 44 per share, representing 0.000372% of the Company’s issued share capital.
