Andreas Hesse was born 1969. He is a graduated economist and marketing expert and started his career within Deutsche Telekom in 1998. After starting in marketing and communication functions he was responsible for board member support at Deutsche Telekom headquarter. In the last four years he was in charge for regional branch offices in sales, customer service and technical service of T-Home in Germany and gained expertise in churn management, staff restructuring and improvement of service levels.
Since October 1, 2009 he is an Area Manager for Hrvatski Telekom and reports directly to Board member for Southern and Eastern Europe at Deutsche Telekom. In this function he is representing all SEE-countries in the central Prioritization Management Teams (PMT).
Lutz Schade
was born 1954. He graduated from 'Hochschule für Verkehrswesen’ in Dresden in 1977 and received a doctor's degree in telecommunications from the same university. Prior to joining the mobile telecommunication business in 1991 Dr. Schade was a university lecturer in Germany and UK and worked as a telecommunications consultant for DETECON, the international engineering and consulting company of Deutsche Telekom. Up until 2004, he was responsible for planning and deployment of radio and core networks in T-Mobile Deutschland and radio roll out for all West European T-Mobile Operators.
Today he is Technology Director SEE in Deutsche Telekom AG. Dr. Schade and his team support Deutsche Telekom’s fixed and mobile affiliates in technology matters with the aim to align technology strategies, harmonize platforms internationally and leverage synergies out of group wide technology cooperation.
