Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that the Supervisory Board, by today’s decision, has re-appointed Ivan Bartulović as Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer – Human Resources and Customer Operations (COO) for the period of next three years, with commencement of the mandate as of 1 March 2025.
Nataša Rapaić, President of the Management Board, stated: “Since Ivan’s appointment as Management Board Member responsible for Human Resources in 2019, Croatian Telecom reached record levels of employee satisfaction and engagement, which resulted in measurements that confirmed the provision of best customer experience, not only on the market, but in the Company history. Based on that, this year Ivan overtook the responsibility for customer support, which is essential for achievement of our most important goal – raising customer satisfaction to even a higher level.”
Ivan Bartulović joined HT in 2019, prior to which he held several executive/leadership positions in Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, CEMEX Group and A1 Group.
The Management Board of Croatian Telecom is comprised of seven members, as follows: Nataša Rapaić, CEO, Marijana Bačić, in charge of Business Customers, Ivan Bartulović, in charge of Human Resources and Customer Operations, Boris Drilo, in charge of Technical and Information functions, Siniša Đuranović, in charge of Corporate Affairs, Matija Kovačević in charge of Finance, and Krešimir Madunović, in charge of Residential Customers.
