Notification of transactions of person discharging managerial responsibilities

Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/522, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Croatian Telcom Inc. (“HT Inc.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies on the acquisition of Company shares by persons discharging managerial responsibilities. Within the Company`s Share Award Plan (PDD) for the managers, on 27 April 2023 HT Inc. transferred 1,380 Company`s shares outside the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) to managers included in the continuing insider list, as follows:

1. Director of Business Marketing Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Domagoj Paripović, acquired 70 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0.000089% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mr. Domagoj Paripović holds in total 70 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000089%of the Company’s issued share capital.

2. Director of Corporate Sales Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Goran Brnjac, acquired 103 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0.000131% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mr. Goran Brnjac holds in total 557 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000707% of the Company’s issued share capital.

3. Director of Controlling Sector of HT Inc., Mrs. Ida Zelenka Puđa, acquired 119 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0.000151% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mrs. Ida Zelenka Puđa holds in total 188 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000239% of the Company’s issued share capital.

4. Director of Procurement and Real Estate Management Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Igor Radojković, acquired 128 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0,000162% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mr. Igor Radojković holds in total 483 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000613% of the Company’s issued share capital.

5. Director of Corporate Communications Department of HT Inc., Mr. Igor Vukasović, acquired 134 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0.000170% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mr. Igor Vukasović holds in total 438 HT Inc. shares, representing 0,000556% of the Company’s issued share capital.

6. Director of Residental Customer Sales Sector of HT Inc., Mrs. Magda Marinović, acquired 126 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0.000160% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mrs. Magda Marinović holds in total 697 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000885% of the Company’s issued share capital.

7. Director of Product Management Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Ivan Runje, acquired 141 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0.000179% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mr. Ivan Runje holds in total 695 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000882% of the Company’s issued share capital.

8. Director of Customer Technical Services Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Ognjen Vukoslavović, acquired 80 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0,000102% of the Company’s issued share capital.

10. Director of Treasury and Accounting Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Karlo Došen, acquired 180 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0.000228% of the Company’s issued share capital.
    Following this acquisition Mr. Karlo Došen holds in total 587 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000745% of the Company’s issued share capital.

11. Director of Residential Marketing Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Krešimir Madunović, acquired 165 shares, identification code HT, in the value of EUR 2 per share, representing 0.000209% of the Company’s issued share capital.
    Following this acquisition Mr. Krešimir Madunović holds in total 833 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.001057% of the Company’s issued share capital.
