Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that the Supervisory Board, by today’s decisions, has re-appointed for the period of next three years Nataša Rapaić as Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer Residential (COOR), and Ivan Bartulović as Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Mrs. Rapaić’s new term commences as of 1 February 2022 and Mr. Bartulović’s as of 1 March 2022.

Nataša Rapaić joined HT in 2003 and following her holding several senior managerial positions, in 2013 she was appointed to the Management Board taking over the role of Chief Operating Officer Residential. Prior to joining HT, Mrs. Rapaić worked for several international companies and possesses extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications market.
Ivan Bartulović joined HT in 2019, prior to which he was a Member of the Leadership Team and Senior Director of Human Resources & Corporate Communications for business segments in Croatia and Macedonia with A1 Group. Before that, for six years he performed the function of Management Board Member and Executive Director for Strategic Human Resources of CEMEX Group, and was responsible for operations in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia.
The Management Board of Croatian Telecom comprises of five members, as follows: Kostas Nebis, CEO, Nataša Rapaić, in charge of Residential Customers, Ivan Bartulović, in charge of Human Resources, Daniel Daub, in charge of Finance and Boris Drilo in charge of Technical and Information functions.
