Notification on lawsuit for challenging General Assembly decisions

Croatian Telecom Inc. hereby notifies that on 2 September 2020, a resolution of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, no.: P-1426/2020, has been received by the Company, informing it that the company MARS 2030 j.d.o.o., from Zagreb, Palmotićeva 60, a minority shareholder of the Company, represented by its director Hrvoje Šimić, filed a lawsuit against Croatian Telecom Inc., Zagreb, Radnička cesta 21, directed at challenging the decisions of the General Assembly of Croatian Telecom held on 20 July 2020, that is, the decision on granting approval of actions to the Members of the Management Board for the year 2019 and the decision on granting approval of actions to the Members of the Supervisory Board for the year 2019. The Court has not yet set a date for the hearing, and the Company shall notify thereon as soon as it receives this information.
