Daniel Daub appointed for another term of office in the Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom; New composition of the Supervisory Board
Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ), Croatia's leading telecommunications provider, announces that the Supervisory Board at its today’s session appointed Daniel Daub as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for another 2-year term of office, commencing from 1 November 2020 when his current mandate expires.
Daniel Daub was appointed Management Board Member and Chief Financial Officer in 2017, after holding the function of Vice President Equity & Innovation Controlling with Deutsche Telekom headquarters. Prior to this, in the period from 2006 to 2014, he held various management positions: in T-Mobile Austria, from Senior Vice President Channel Development & Services, to Senior Vice President Consumer Sales & Service, as well as Vice President Market Management / Sales Planning and Reporting in T-Mobile Deutschland.

Following the decision of the General Assembly of Hrvatski Telekom on election of Mrs. Eirini Nikolaidi, Mr. Ivica Mišetić, Ph.D., and professor Gordan Gledec, Ph.D., as Supervisory Board Members, the Supervisory Board elected Mr. Ivica Mišetić, Ph.D., as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom comprises of five members, as follows: Kostas Nebis, CEO, Nataša Rapaić, in charge of Residential Customers, Ivan Bartulović, in charge of Human Resources, Daniel Daub, in charge of Finance and Boris Drilo in charge of Technical and Information functions.
The Supervisory Board consists of nine Members, as follows: Jonathan Richard Talbot, Chairman, Ivica Mišetić, Ph.D., Deputy Chairman, and Gordan Gledec, Dolly Predovic, Tino Puch, Eva Somorjai-Tamassy, Marc Stehle, Eirini Nikolaidi and Vesna Mamić, Members.
