Supervisory Board member steps down

Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ), Croatia's leading telecommunications provider, announces that Supervisory Board Member, Mr. Davor Majetić, has submitted the resignation to his membership in the Supervisory Board, with effect as of 14 May 2020, due to personal reasons.

Mr. Majetić has been Supervisory Board Member of the Company as of 2019.

Pursuant to the Company’s Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board consists of nine members. Eight members are elected by the General Assembly and one is appointed by the Company’s employees.
