News with respect to the developments connected with coronavirus (COVID-19)

Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces, in accordance with the recommendation of the European Securities and Markets Authority and as requested by Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, the news with respect to the developments connected with coronavirus (COVID-19).

Due to the panic because of the coronavirus spread, the share price of the Company has lost its value and so has the entire market. Despite that and for the time being, our business operations are ongoing in accordance with our business plans. The Company published its audited results for 2019 yesterday. We will be able to give a more detailed estimate on the coronavirus impact to our results and the main KPIs at the announcement of the results for the first quarter of 2020. It is currently not possible to give a more detailed estimate with respect to the impact of the virus to the business operations of the Company.

The Company has a strong financial position, which enables our business continuity in case that more severe market conditions occur.
