Notice of Management Board decision making on amendments to the Share Buyback Program

Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces in accordance with Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, that the Management Board shall decide on Monday, 16 March 2020, on the amendments to the Share Buyback Program as of 27 June 2017.

Hrvatski Telekom will publish the information on the adopted amendments to the Share Buyback Program latest until the opening of trading on the next trading day following the passing of the Management Board decision.
