Additional information relating to the process of the sale of shares of the company OT-OPTIMA TELEKOM d.d.

Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (hereinafter: HT) (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia's leading telecommunications provider, announces that, on 2 March 2020, HT received a notification from the Croatian Competition Agency (hereinafter: ‘AZTN’), dated 28 February 2020, with respect to the Invitation for the Submission of Offers for the Acquisition of Shares in OT-OPTIMA TELEKOM d.d. (hereinafter: the ‘Invitation’), whereby it is requested from HT to amend the terms and conditions of the Invitation in such manner that, in item 2 of the Invitation (Bidders Eligible to Participate in Tender) the text ‘and proven relevant expertise in the field of telecommunications’ is deleted and that the deadline for the delivery of offers is prolonged. Having acknowledged the remarks of AZTN, HT is announcing a prolongation of the deadline for the delivery of offers until 18 March 2020 at 16:00 hours CET, with aforementioned amendment to the terms and conditions of the Invitation.
