Workers’ Representative in the Supervisory Board appointed for another term of office

Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia's leading telecommunications provider, announces that on 19 December 2019 the Workers’ Council of HT d.d. passed the decision on appointment of Ms. Vesna Mamić as the Workers’ Representative in the Supervisory Board for another term of office, with commencement as of 1 January 2020.

Ms. Vesna Mamić was first appointed as the Workers’ Representative in the Supervisory Board of HT on 1 January 2016. Ms. Mamić is also is the President of the Workers’ Council of HT, she is performing the duty of Deputy President of the Croatian Telecommunications Union, the biggest union in HT, and she is a member of the European Workers’ Council of Deutsche Telekom AG.
