Saša Kramar leaves the Management Board of HT
Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ), Croatia's leading telecommunications provider, announces that Saša Kramar, Member of the Management Board of HT d.d. and Chief Operating Officer Business, has resigned with effect as of 1 January 2020, and he continues his career outside HT Group.
Kostas Nebis, President of the Management Board, stated: „I hereby express my gratitude to Saša for our mutual cooperation and his contribution to overall business transformation he brought to the Company, in key areas directly linked with markets and customers and I wish him all the best in his new business endeavours.“

Saša Kramar has been first appointed to the HT’s Management Board as of 1 June 2016, from the position of the President of the Management Board of Iskon Internet d.d., company 100% owned by HT, and his mandate has been renewed in June this year.
