Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ), Croatia's leading telecommunications provider, announces a change in its Management Board.
At today's session of the Supervisory Board of Hrvatski Telekom it was announced that the term of office of Mrs. Marija Felkel as Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) shall expire on 17 January 2019, and having successfully completed her mandate in the Management Board, as of 18 January 2019, Mrs. Felkel shall continue her career outside of HT Group.
‘During her term of office in the Management Board,Marija has made an extraordinary contribution to organizational culture changes and to achieving strategic and business goals of HT. I am convinced that with her experience and her professional knowledge, she will continue to successfully develop her career’, stated the President of the Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom, Mr. Davor Tomašković.

Marija Felkel has been performing the duty of CHRO since the year 2016, following her transfer from the position of Human Resources Director for Adriatic Region in the company Siemens.
The Company will announce the decision of the Supervisory Board on the performance of CHRO duties, following the departure of Mrs. Felkel, as soon as it is passed.
