Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that Mr. Josef Thürriegl, has resigned from the position of the Member of the Management Board of HT d.d. and Chief Financial Officer, with effect as of 1st November 2017, since he continues his career in Deutsche Telekom.
Davor Tomašković, President of the Management Board, stated: „I hereby express my appreciation to Josef for his collaboration and for the contributions he has made to the business results of HT during his term of office, and I wish him all the best in his new business endeavors, on my personal behalf, and on behalf of my colleagues from the Management Board.“
Mr. Thürriegl arrived to Croatian Telecom in June 2016 from Deutsche Telekom headquarters, from the position of Vice President Functional Controlling Europe.
Mr. Thürriegl is being succeeded by Mr. Daniel Daub, who has been appointed by today’s Supervisory Board Decision as new Management Board Member of HT d.d. and Chief Financial Officer, with commencement as of 1st November 2017.
Mr. Daub is arriving from DT headquarters, from the function of Vice President Equity & Innovation Controlling. Prior to this, in the period from 2006 to 2014, he held various management positions: in T-Mobile Austria, from Senior Vice President Channel Development & Services, to Senior Vice President Consumer Sales & Service, as well as Vice President Market Management / Sales Planning and Reporting in T-Mobile Deutschland.
