Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that Dr. Kai-Ulrich Deissner, Member of the Management Board of HT d.d. and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned with effect as of 1 April 2016, since he continues his career in Deutsche Telekom at a position in the central finance department, reporting directly to DT’s Board member for Finance.
Davor Tomašković, President of the Management Board, stated:

Dr. Deissner arrived to Croatian Telecom in August 2014 from Deutsche Telekom, from the position of Board Representative Operations, where he was responsible for the day to day steering of customer operations and transformational process design, reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board of Telekom Deutschland GmbH, DT Group’s German operations.
