T-Hrvatski Telekom, (Reuters: THTC.L, HT.ZA; Bloomberg: THTC LI, HTRA CZ), Croatia's leading
telecommunications provider, announces changes to the Management Board.
The Supervisory Board of Hrvatski Telekom provided support for the internal transformation of the
Company. The project was initiated at the beginning of 2014, with the aim of establishing a more
flexible and efficient organization that is fully customer oriented. The new organizational structure in
HT will take effect on 1 May. It is significantly simplified and the organizational units dealing with the
customer related processes have been redesigned.
A new Chief Customer Experience Officer has been introduced within the Management Board of HT in
order to bring the focus on customers to the highest level. The Supervisory Board assigned to Mr. Davor
Tomašković, President of the Management Board responsibilities of the Chief Customer Experience
Officer until the appointment of the new Management Board member.
At the Supervisory Board session, Mr. Norbert Hentges, member of the Management Board and Chief
Operating Officer resigned from his position on the Management Board of HT because he will accept a new position in Deutsche Telekom. In DT, Mr. Hentges will support and take the lead for establishing a new organizational unit that will focus on strategy and architecture of processes across affiliated companies in the EU segment and support the development of DT as the leading European telecommunications provider. In HT, Mr. Hentges was responsible for the implementation of the transformation program of the Company, Wholesale Business, Customer Service, as well as for ebusiness and e-company.
As has already been announced, Mr. Thorsten Albers will join the Management Board of HT on 1 May
and take over the position of the Management Board member and Chief Technical and Information
Officer.
