In the product and service creation and development process, HT endeavors to apply ecological principles whenever possible. HT has included services in its offer which may result in a reduction of impact on the environment, from the aspect of our Company as well as of our customers:

ICT Cloud services - for business customers – avoiding of unnecessary costs of software and/or hardware purchase, as well as costs of installation and maintenance, while ensuring the data security and full data availability outside the office - from PC, smartphone or tablet; reducing the need for hardware at the user side (servers, data storage) and the energy consumption.

Use of electronic vouchers for mobile network customers (prepaid customers) – reducing the use of paper vouchers.
Online and telephone sales: aiming to meet the customers halfway, HT is employing telephone and online sales. This way the customers may complete certain tasks (for instance, top up their SIMPA accounts), buy terminal equipment, additional equipment and the like. This way, the customer will avoid traffic and visiting the sales outlet. Although the purchased goods will be delivered to the customer’s address as requested, use of traffic is reduced as in this case, delivery of the device has been organized with a view to cost minimization.
In the product and service development process, attention is paid to packaging. HT is using fully recyclable packaging material for its products and services. Paper bags are used (instead of plasticized ones), while in certain campaigns canvas bags will be used. Pre-paid vouchers are made of fully recyclable material. Furthermore, terminal equipment will be packed into standardized boxes made of fully recyclable material.
