Hrvatski Telekom provides certain benefits at no extra charge from March 16

At the times when all spheres of society are affected by the crisis caused by the spread of the novel virus, Hrvatski Telekom ensures with its telecommunication infrastructure of exceptional capacity and quality that the connection and telecommunication network are operating at full capacity, in a reliable and stable way, as before.

Hrvatski Telekom has established procedures in line with the Business Continuity Management Plan for Provision of Key Services and the Pandemic Operational Plan, and we take appropriate precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees with minimal impact on our business and services to the community in which we live and operate.

To at least partially ease this period of challenges for its users, Hrvatski Telekom will, as of Monday, March 16, provide certain benefits to all its users, at no additional charge.

From Monday, March 16, HT will provide all its users with a subscription or prepaid, that is, students using the School for Life program, free of charge access for the duration of remote classes.

Additionally, all private subscribers will get 15 free gigabytes of traffic available in the next 30 days, while prepaid users will have 2 gigabytes available for free.

To be able to adapt to the current situation, Hrvatski Telekom has already yesterday provided business customers with additional 50 gigabytes of traffic, which they can use over the next seven days, to facilitate remote business and work from home. After that, all business customers will receive additional 15 gigabytes of traffic over the next 30 days as well. Those business customers who already use the Flat Business Tariff have been provided with a MAXtv To Go service for free.All users of MAXtv service up to April 1, and longer if needed, can use the Recorder free of charge, which enables recording and viewing of the most important informative and educational content up to 7 days back and free viewing of exclusive Hollywood premieres, hit shows, films, and cartoons of European and regional productions on Pickbox NOW and RTL Play Premium video bundles.

We also remind that Hrvatski Telekom also offers instrukcije.hr service, which helps students through video tutorials in mastering mathematics for elementary and secondary school. All video tutorials are in line with the school curriculum. With instrukcije.hr every student can practice and learn how to solve easier or more complex math problems for each grade. The tutorials are available to anyone at no extra charge at the MAXtv Video Store and through the MAXtv To Go service.
