The company Selectio announced the list of TOP 5 organizations that are best rated on an independent comprehensive analysis of employee management systems for obtaining a prestigious Employer Partner Certificate. TOP 5 winners of the Employer Partner Certificate for this year are Zagrebačka pivovara, Erste & Steiermärkische Bank, Sandoz and Pliva Croatia, Coca-Cola HBC Croatia and Hrvatski Telekom.

About the Employer Partner Certificate
The Employer Partner Certificate was founded by Selectio in 2005, and it is a project that promotes quality human resource management. Each organization undergoes an objective certification process that collects information on the development of 45 HR processes in five major human resource management areas: strategy, recruitment and selection, performance management, improvement and development, and employee relationship. The certificate is awarded for 12 months, after which the company must undergo the recertification process to prove that it still meets the high standards of the Certificate. As many as 94% of recertification organizations achieve better results due to suggestions for improving HR practices they receive each year from the certification team.
