Hrvatski Telekom has received a prestigious Employer Partner Certificate for the fourth consecutive year for its excellence in human resources management. Upon this recertification, HT has achieved the exceptional 98% of the total number of points, ranking amongst companies with the best practices in human resources management.
Hrvatski Telekom has achieved the highest possible score in the areas of strategy and work, motivation, and rewarding. Concerning its strategy, HT needs to be highlighted due to its excellently organised and positioned HR function that covers all the important sub-functions of human resources management, as well as the values embodied in the daily operations of the company and in all HR processes.
All the employees at Hrvatski Telekom are included in performance monitoring system which is linked with the strategy, rewarding, and development. Moreover, the organisational culture encourages open and two-way communication, and employees are given the opportunity to make proposals and provide ideas and comments through various channels.
