From today, Simpa offers a completely new, modern concept suitable to market changes and current customer needs – through a simple and easy-to-remember offer, it enables exceptionally affordable communication towards all networks in Croatia.
It is completely adjusted to customers who mostly communicate with other networks. These customers find communication through SMS and calls equally important; they use data traffic and top up their accounts with HRK 25 and more; they want an easy service and do not want to be bothered by various choices, offers, superfluous calculations, upgrades… but they still want to save money.
Prepaid customers have been expecting such a service for a while, which is confirmed by the data from the latest HT research*, according to which more than a half of prepaid customers of mobile operators in Croatia would opt for a service just like Simpa.
With its new and easy concept, Simpa has responded to the current wishes and desires of prepaid customers.
Simpa consists of only one tariff intended for a wide public which is very simple and easy to remember: the prices of calls and SMS to all networks are the same and they depend – as well as the price of data traffic – on the value of the voucher used by the customer to top up their account. Topping up by means of a voucher of a higher value provides more affordable prices of communication – the unique characteristic of Simpa in relation to other tariff is that these conditions are provided already for top-ups amounting to HRK 25 and 50.
Namely, 70 percent of telecommunications services users top up their accounts with HRK 50 vouchers, while 80 percent spends HRK 100 a month. Calls and SMS are still the most popular way of communication by mobile phone. Almost everyone uses this way of communications. Communication over social networks takes the third position – it is used by more than 25 percent of customers*.
Simpa users, when they top up their account with a HRK 50 voucher, talk up to 52 percent** more than all other prepaid customers who top up their accounts to the same amount and their surfing conditions are twice as beneficial. The most affordable communication is realized with a HRK 200 top-up: 0.35 HRK/min, HRK 0.20 per SMS to all networks, and – the most favorable price on the market – only HRK 0.05 per 1 MB.
Prices granted to customers on the basis of vouchers are valid for 30 days. If the customer tops up their account with a voucher of a different value within this period, communication is always billed at prices that are more affordable/lower for the customer.
Apart from the aforementioned, Simpa will always offer to customers a selection of high-quality mobile phones which will meet different needs: from the needs of those who only want to make calls and send SMS to those who want an excellent experience of mobile surfing on the best (T-Mobile) network. If they buy a Simpa package (with a mobile phone), after regular top-ups customers may be awarded up to HRK 598 on their account.
With these innovations Simpa successfully continues responding to customer demands, which will certainly contribute to the satisfaction of the largest prepaid family in Croatia. Namely, each fifth customer in Croatia has more than one mobile phone and 82 percent of these customer own several SIM cards by different operators*. Now, all of them have the opportunity – with Simpa – to communicate affordably with their friends for only a HRK 25 top-up, regardless which network they belong to, from only one number and one mobile phone.
Simpa tariff is available with the activation of a Simpa SIM card from the Simpa package or the Simpa Start package with a mobile phone. Those who already use a T-Mobile SIM card only need to send an SMS with the content "A" to the number 1523 and select "Simpa" in the menu.
