Hrvatski Telekom launches Magenta Moments, a one-of-a-kind international benefit program
Hrvatski Telekom presented a unique international Magenta Moments benefit program, which brings special benefits, discounts, and completely new experiences to all users in Croatia. The program will soon include all European countries where Deutsche Telekom operates.
The Magenta Moments program has been activated for all Moj Telekom app users, which means that they can already use special offers that will be systematically upgraded, with the expanding number of partners. More than 70 partners from various fields participate in the program: hotels and travel, entertainment, technology, food and drink, fashion and cosmetics, and others, and by the end of the year, there will be more than 100. Partner offers are valid for everyone with the Moj Telekom app, regardless of whether they are Hrvatski Telekom users.
"As a leader, we are driven by the desire to always go one step further, introduce tech innovations and advanced digital services, and set new standards with the clear goal of not only meeting but exceeding the expectations of our users by providing them with the best experience. Magenta Moments is precisely that, a one-of-a-kind international program with which we and our partners systematically reward users by providing them with numerous benefits in Croatia and abroad. Every relationship is based on individual experiences. It is important to us that every user experience, every moment, be positive, and as a leading telecom, we are dedicated to that, always keeping users and their needs and wishes in mind," said Nataša Rapaić, member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer Residential at Hrvatski Telekom.
In addition to attractive offers, users can also play prize games in the app and share benefits with their friends and thus win Magenta Moments virtual currency, i.e., hearts. More activities bring more hearts, which can then be exchanged for additional benefits such as cheaper accommodation, cinema tickets, discounts in restaurants or when shopping, and tickets to various events. Users also participate in a prize draw for tickets to the first Croatian football league matches.
The Magenta Moments international program has been activated in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and North Macedonia, and in 2024 it will be introduced in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Montenegro. Croatian users will be able to use Magenta Moments benefits in these countries as well, just as app users from those countries will be able to use the benefits in Croatia.
