Electronic Beats festival stiže u Zagreb: Program predvodi dobitnik Grammyja Mura Masa
The unique music and stage spectacle Telekom Electronic Beats festival is coming to Zagreb on September 10 at two iconic locations. All visitors will be able to enjoy the sounds of young artists Mura Masa, Georgia, Eartheater, and Trokut at Kockica (Prisavlje 14) in the afternoon from 3 p.m., and from 11 p.m. the party moves to Peti Kupe (Trnjanska cesta 5). There, Afrodeutsche, Maja Pa, Feelipa, and DJ Labud will continue the good time until the wee hours of the morning.
Entrance to the festival is free, but due to the limited space, it is recommended to register via Entrio platform. Tickets are reserved for each location individually, two tickets per location.
The most prominent name of the festival, which is returning to Zagreb again, is producer Alexander Crossan, better known as Mura Masa, a Grammy winner who is highly respected for his work and his many successful collaborations with artists, such as A$AP Rocky, Charlie XCX, Stormzy, and others. Mura Masa also signs official remixes for Lady Gaga, HAIM, and Nile Rodgers.
Trokut is five musicians who fuse contemporary jazz, electronic music, rock, and trip-hop into something fresh and unique, intense, multi-layered, and experimental while maintaining the simplicity and approachability of the sound.
The search for excitement, hedonism, and the whirlwind of emotions of euphoria, heartache, and melancholy, but always with the memory of the good times, is the musical signature of the artist Georgie. On the other hand, the Eartheater's musical style consists of rich harmonies that bend between tension and relaxation, sharp tones, and vocals in contrast with restraint, romanticism, and opulence.
Maja Pa's interesting and energetic, sometimes eclectic sets, which she achieves by mixing new beat, electro, EBM, italo, acid, and experimental things, will be responsible for the after-party until dawn in Peti Kupe. DJ Labud's playing style is eclectic, electronics imbued with dub, through electro and bleepish techno, to adventurous current bass mutations, but always with an emphasis on the flow and club's functionality.
Music artist Feelipa is known for her love of electronic music and the sound of the underground, while the musical name Afrodeutsche is behind polyrhythmic compositions that integrate a wide range of musical genres, including Afrofuturistic electro and techno, classical solo piano, and Detroit legacy house
Electronic Beats festival will celebrate art, expression, diversity, solidarity, and optimism with a top lineup and great beats. In addition to the musical part, Hrvatski Telekom has prepared many surprises for visitors. An indispensable feature is a gastronomic offer, and unique pop-up sneaker shop by Shoe Clinique, free tattoos by Siniša Radošević, and an ice cream bar by Melt Gelato.
And last but not least - Telekom Electronic Beats is hosting a special edition panel, "THE NEW REALITY OF FASHION IS DIGITAL". It will take place on September 10, 2022, 4 – 5 pm at Kino Urania. Featuring: Tribute Brand, Trashymuse, E.A. 1/1 Silvio Vujičić, Telekom Electronic Beats, Kathleen Karrer. Moderated by Shama Nasinde from Schön!
