Combis and Varionica launched Hack3r beer
Combis continues its campaign to educate the public about cyber threats.
IT company Combis and craft brewery Varionica together designed and launched the craft beer Hack3r.
"Combis' Hack3r is part of the #GetInvolved initiative through which we change the community and influence society. So Hack3r is the new star of 30SEC a cybersecurity campaign we have been working on for months and educating the public about online threats. Hack3r has two editions - white hat and black hat. We hope that the terminology will catch roots in the public, that it will intrigue people and that they will understand that internet security takes place through the competition of 'white' and 'black' hats, i.e., good and 'bad 'hackers," said Goran Car, CEO of Combis.
According to Davor Simičić, one of the co-founders of Varionica, Hack3r beer on the craft market is changing the way of production and quality raw materials that have merged. He emphasizes that the cooperation with Combis was due to the desire to create an innovative craft beer with an exclusive signature.
"The development of beer was completely free without limiting factors like price or raw material, which created a fantastic brewing experience. We were guided by the fact that we created a new and different craft, and I am especially proud of the white hat edition, which provides an intriguing experience and why the name of the beer is completely on point", says Simičić.
The light ale beer Hack3r follows the style of the American IPA. As the creators of Hack3ra say, this is a creative fruit bomb with a synergy of pineapple and coconut, and is available to order on the Varionica web page starting July 9.
The production of dark ale beer is finished, waiting for the moment of true maturity for bottling and distribution, expected in September.
"We will certainly accompany the launch of Hack3r with new security education. There are many topics within this area that are insufficiently known and talked about. We advise everyone, regardless of whether you are in the office or in the shade somewhere on the beach - always keep at least one eye on your online security", said Goran Car on this occasion
