Hrvatski Telekom presents an innovative web page dedicated to social responsibility

• The new web page shows HT's impact on society, the environment, and the economy in a simple and clear way
• HT presents the impact of its operations through six material topics: Digital society, Job with a purpose, Well-being of customers, Development of sustainable infrastructure, Contribution to the economy, Climate change and environmental protection
• The website presents the just published full Sustainability Report prepared according to the guidelines of international non-financial reporting standards

Hrvatski Telekom has launched a web page dedicated to sustainable development, whose importance is even more evident in today's times of global challenges. The new web page, which follows international sustainability reporting standards straightforwardly and transparently, allows all those interested to learn about the steps Hrvatski Telekom has taken in the segment of improving sustainable business and read the just published full Sustainability Report.

HT's key contributions, activities, and challenges in creating a World of Better Opportunities are presented within six material topics:

• Digital society - HRK 10 million has been invested in the Generation NOW project over ten years and more than 300 projects have been supported,
• Job with a purpose - in addition to the continuous growth of employee satisfaction, the number of hours they spend on training grew (42 percent in 2019),
• Well-beingof customers - by applying modern technologies we provide customers with the best service, accelerate the digitalization of Croatian companies, and 67 cities and municipalities use HT's unique solutions for smart cities that increase the quality of life,
• Development of sustainable infrastructure - modernization of the mobile network enabled triple the capacity and 75 percent higher bandwidth, and the fixed network covered an additional 50,100 households with FTTH technology, with the introduction of high-speed Internet in rural areas through the application of hybrid technology,
• Contribution to the economy - HT Group is the largest private investor in digital infrastructure in Croatia,
• Climate change and environmental protection - the only telecommunications company in Croatia with an ISO 14001 certificate for environmental management focused on the application of green technologies and solutions that save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

In preparing annual non-financial reports, Hrvatski Telekom follows the GRI Standards methodology of the Global Reporting Initiative, as well as the UN Global Compact principles, showing its contribution to the UN sustainable development goals.
