- Hrvatski Telekom donates HRK 4 million to the University Hospital for Infectious Diseases 'Dr. Fran Mihaljević' aiming to help Croatia fight the coronavirus
Corporate responsibility and social engagement are an integral part of Hrvatski Telekom's business operations. With this donation to the University Hospital for Infectious Diseases Dr. Fran Mihaljević whose dedicated staff of virologists, clinical microbiologists, radiologists, nurses, molecular biologists, and laboratory technicians has since the first occurrence of coronavirus in Croatia been working day and night to combat the epidemic, Hrvatski Telekom wants to make its contribution and support the Clinic's efforts.
In agreement with the responsible national institutions, Hrvatski Telekom has decided to donate funds of HRK 4 million to the Clinic 'Dr. Fran Mihaljević' which will know how to make the best use of these funds.

With this donation, we wanted to contribute, and we decided on the Clinic for Infectious Diseases 'Dr. Fran Mihaljević' because it is an institution that has been on the front line of defense from day one and their engagement has indebted us all“, stated Kostas Nebis, CEO of Hrvatski Telekom.
Director of the Clinic for Infectious Diseases 'Dr. Fran Mihaljević' prof. dr. sc. Alemka Markotić, MD, added, „In the name of all of the Clinic’s employees, and my own, I would like to thank Hrvatski Telekom for the donation that will enable us to provide even better conditions in treating our patients during this most intensive phase of the fight against COVID-19.“
