Hrvatski Telekom presents the Connected Underwear line as a perfect Valentine's Day gift

Deutsche Telekom’s survey in European countries found that 36 percent of 18 to 34-year-old couples feel their partner spends too much time on mobile when they are together. As many as 56 percent say they check their mobile devices at least sometimes when they are in bed with a partner. A third of respondents say technology affects their ability to be intimate with a partner.
That is why the Better Together campaign was launched, with Hrvatski Telekom joining it. The goal of this campaign is to facilitate real relationships between young couples, sparking a conversation about how mobile devices affect the present moment and relationships between people. Connected underwear is the perfect Valentine's Day gift for any couple whose moments of intimacy are sometimes disrupted by technology.
When used, connected underwear activates “Love mode” on couples' smartphones, setting up a romantic environment by automatically activating “do not disturb” mode and playing the romantic playlist.
The connected underwear contains two pieces of underwear for both partners, two LoveChips and instructions, packaged in a reusable cotton bag. LoveChips connects to the Connected Underwear mobile app. When moved, LoveChip will send a message to the partner's phone, after which the partner receives an invitation. If they accept, the LoveMode playlist is turned on, romantic background music is played and the app asks if the user wants to enable “do not disturb” mode.
