Data scientists are today's artists in the IT industry! For the fourth year in a row, the data scientist job has been voted the best in The States* and this job is increasingly in demand in Croatia. People in charge of integrating data processing tools, configuring them and using the Big Data process daily are definitely developing new business and IT community. It is this community that will gather at the Bug Future Show organized by Bug in partnership with Hrvatski Telekom.
The Seventh Bug Future Show takes place on Thursday, February 6, 10 am to 6 pm, for the first time at the Zagreb Student Center under the motto “The Art of Science.” This time, all program participants will introduce visitors to the trends, technologies, and devices of the future that have been developed in collaboration with scientists and artists, as well as scientific and artistic developments that have been developed through technology.
“Hrvatski Telekom is constantly offering new ways of using technology, allowing customers quick access to more things they like. With new technology, we connect citizens to make everyone live better today. Hrvatski Telekom has been a partner of Bug Future Show from day one, and for the seventh year, Bug Future Show has been the place where we share the successful practice with our ICT community,” said Bojan Muščet, Digital Content Editor at Hrvatski Telekom.
In addition to the panel discussion ‘Life in the 5G Era’ moderated by Hrvatski Telekom’s Management Board member Boris Drilo, the future of money and payments after the fintech and crypto era will be discussed, we will learn how digital artists create their works and learn from current winners of Idea Knockout about their experience in Las Vegas, at CES 2020. Novelties from this fair will be presented by Bojan Muščet.
This year's Bug Future Show also features four keynotes, among which the data scientist and problem solver Assistant Professor Robert Kopal, Ph.D. attracts the most attention.
Entry to the show is free, but with an invitation, so anyone who has not already received Bug's invitation and wants to come should email info@bfs.bug.hr, to secure entry. You can read all the details about the program at http://bfs.bug.hr/.
