Hrvatski Telekom, the leading Croatian telecommunications operator and Zagrebacka banka, the leading bank in Croatia, today introduced Telecom Banking - a complete mobile banking service (mobile application, checking account, foreign currency account, giro account, free transactions, Internet banking, and other bank services such as cash and housing loans and savings) of Zagrebačka banka in cooperation with Hrvatski Telekom, which is also the first such cooperation in the Croatian market.
The contracting of Telecom Banking is very fast and simple, and can be done entirely digitally, without going to the bank branch office, in a few minutes. The service is available to smartphone users, while special benefits will be available to Hrvatski Telekom users.
Telecom Banking users will be able to use the IzyPay service for the first time, which enables them to send money entirely securely by clicking on a contact from the directory. IzyPay makes it possible for you to send money to another person, regardless of which bank in Croatia they use, without having to know their IBAN and/or bank. Also, any money transfer through IziPay is free of charge. Also, the recipient of the money has no obligation to download the application but can register free of charge for the service through the web site, and the registration is also free of charge. HT users will not use data from the rate plan or option while using the application, and up to 30% more kunas can be credited to a bonus account with a purchase of a Simpa top-up voucher.
Apart from the innovative features, the great advantage of the service is its fee. Namely, Telecom Banking is available from 10 kunas per month, making it the most affordable digital banking service on the market. It is a complete banking service (mobile application, checking account, foreign currency account, giro account, free transactions, Internet banking, and other bank services such as cash and housing loans and savings) and the user gets, in addition to basic banking services such as transaction accounts and additional benefits, for example, ten free transactions a month, up to three cash withdrawals from kuna accounts at ATMs of other banks within Croatia and the EU at no charge.
Also, cash withdrawals with debit cards at Zaba ATMs (HRK) and abroad at UniCredit Group ATMs with HRK cards is free of charge.
