Selectio, a human resource management and employment mediation company, has published a list of TOP 5 employers partners for 2019, i.e. a list of organizations that have achieved the highest results during the certification process under the Certificate Employer Partner project. This year's list of best employers partners includes:
1 Atlantic Grupa and Zagrebačka pivovara
3. Erste banka and Ina
5. Coca Cola HBC Hrvatska and Hrvatski Telekom
The Certificate Employer Partner (CEP) project was launched in 2005 with the aim of promoting quality in human resources management and so far, more than 100 organizations have participated in the CEP methodology audit of the HR system. Organizations are evaluated in 5 broad areas - Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Employee Relationship, while the Employer Partner status is realized only by those organizations that achieve at least 70% of the points in each area and at least 75% in total.
TOP 5 partner employers list has been published since 2008, and to enter TOP 5 this year it was necessary to achieve a total score of as much as 97% of points. All the TOP 5 organizations experience HR system as a strategic partner to business, continuously invest in developing their employees through quality performance assessment and education systems, paying special attention to their employees and ensuring diversity and inclusivity in their organizations, demonstrating that diversity in their organizations is more than just a series of rules and initiatives and something that their employees truly live and promote every day.
Vjekoslav Golubović, Director of Human Resources Planning Department of Hrvatski Telekom, who received this valuable recognition on behalf of Hrvatski Telekom, said on this occasion:
“Being in Top 5 Employers Partners makes us proud, but also commits us to be even better. We see our role beyond the company's interest since, as a leader of digital transformation, we influence our customers and society as a whole. With a host of activities in the public, and especially the academic community, we promote women in STEM and encourage the interest of women in the STEM profession. At our initiative, Croatia joined the international initiative WOMEN STEM AWARD, which rewards the best graduate or master thesis of female students of STEM area.
Over the past period, we have upgraded the salary system and reward rules and introduced a career path for employees working in direct contact with customers, so-called front line, which resulted in a significant increase in their satisfaction.
The new Lead to Win performance and development management system is tailored to our vision of growth and a growth-mindset driven corporate culture. Focus is on personal development, supported by a number of tools such as motivators, testing of personal competences, and continuous giving and receiving feedback, which encourages employees to take initiative and responsibility for their own growth and development. In addition to this platform, we are also intensively developing agile ways of work so that our employees, and ultimately our customers, can fully enjoy the opportunities provided by digital technology.”
