Hrvatski Telekom, the leading Croatian telecommunications operator, and Zagrebačka banka, Croatia’s leading bank, signed an agreement on cooperation and distribution of a new digital banking service – Telekom Banking.
This is a new banking service which will be available to users easily, quickly and securely via a mobile app which includes a wide range of banking products and services, supported by the widest network of banking branch offices and ATMs in Croatia, web chat and call centre of Zagrebačka banka.
Telekom Banking is the first cooperation of this kind between a telecommunications operator and a bank on the Croatian market. The service will offer the biggest number of digital banking services for users in Croatia and will be available to all smartphone users, whereas Hrvatski Telekom’s customers will have special benefits at their disposal.
This is also the first banking service for which a banking package can be contracted via a mobile app and without the need to go to a bank’s office. Users will also have at their disposal other innovative banking services, such as money transfer completed just by clicking on a contact in the contact list.

Hrvatski Telekom and Zagrebačka banka are running the Telekom Banking service through a pilot phase. The service will be available to everyone by summer.
