Users of HT’s Moj Telekom mobile application have the option to easily manage all their telecom services via smartphone. On the display of their device, users may check consumption, pay bills, activate and deactivate options, and remove faults in fixed network services whenever and wherever they want.
By free download of the Moj Telekom mobile application, the customers are also taking all their services to a single place. After a simple initial registration process, all further log-in to the application may also be done automatically; this way, the customer can quickly and intuitively check how many free minutes and text messages he has consumed in the current month, how many MB of traffic are left in the selected package, which services are active and what potential activation options are included in the selected package. The application provides an overview of active MAXtv programme packages, activation of new programme packages from HT’s rich offer, change of Internet traffic packages or increase of fixed Internet bitrates by activation of Turbo options.
An increasing number of customers opts for secure and simple payment of bills by credit or debit card, via mobile application. Customers have become aware of the benefits of keeping track of bills and paying them, of the possibility to access the paid bills archive and of topping-up accounts for Hrvatski Telekom and Simpa customers, particularly because they can do this whenever and wherever they want. Using the Moj Telekom application, the customer can activate the e-bill option for faster and simpler payment of telecom services, without receiving a hardcopy of the bill.
The application provides easy and quick fault repair in fixed network services by means of the Virtual Technician (VITO), and Android OS users may conduct an automatic check of the proper functioning of their mobile device. On the application’s interactive map, customers may access an overview of all T-Centres and will be given basic data on opening hours and services offered by the individual T-Centre.
The Moj Telekom mobile application for Android and iOS platforms is intended for residential Customers of HT; it has been designed as a mobile version of the Moj Telekom portal.
