- Andrea Bocelli is the face of the new HT campaign since music, just like communications, connects people
Andrea Bocelli, famous Italian tenor who is blind since he was 12, has sold more than 85 million albums, more than any other opera singer in the history. His music is a universal language connecting people all over the world, just like the state-of-the-art communications solutions that make our day-to-day life easier. The prominent signer is the face of the new Deutsche Telekom campaign conducted also by Hrvatski Telekom.
Today, Bocelli is considered the greatest of the greatest by many – and rightly so. The opera singer has always known hot to sway people with his music and vocal interpretation, how to win affection and respect of his audience. His business choices have also been well thought out, as with his music and his business choices he is sending time and again a new message to the world.
Nowadays, Bocelli lives in a beautiful villa in the elite Tuscan picturesque summer resort Forte dei Marmi with his wife Veronica (34) and his four-year old daughter Virginia. His sons from the first marriage, Amos (21) and Matteo (19) often stay there, too.
Although the 58-year old singer is known for his incredible voice, he has thrilled many with his dancing skills as well. Three years ago, he took part in the Italian show “Dancing with the Stars”. This lawyer by education practised his profession for one year, but soon realised that music was his life. And he was not wrong. Today, Bocelli is one of the greatest.
Feel connected all over Europe with the best network in Croatia
Andrea Bocelli finds today’s network technology one of the major achievements of the modern world. “Network technology transforms Europe into a community and brings people closer. Just like my music. Music is a special language understood by everyone and connecting people,” says the famous tenor on the occasion of the campaign, adding: “Life is an inextricable ball of human relations. With the help of this network and new technologies, I want to stay connected to all people who are important to me. What applies to music, applies also to network: We cannot see that which connects us. But we can feel it.”
As part of the campaign, posters showing people spreading their arms to the world as a sign of freedom can be seen on our streets last several days. They are also forming the letter T of Hrvatski Telekom, sending a clear message – the best network gives you the feeling of freedom wherever you are. Moreover, scenes from a television spot to be broadcast across Europe will be taken at different locations in a number of European cities, among others also in Dubrovnik on Stradun.
Hrvatski Telekom is the strongest telecommunications company on the Croatian market, providing its customers the best network and the fastest 4G surfing speeds so that they stay connected with their dearest ones no matter where they are. As part of the largest European telecommunications group, Deutsche Telekom, HT has been investing considerably in technologies and infrastructure and developing new technological and communications solutions, thus bringing the best network experience to citizens all over Croatia and Europe – something you cannot see, but you can feel it.
“Deutsche Telekom sees Europe as a prize. We are an international company operating on 13 European markets. Our national companies exchange ideas and information on a daily basis. We learn from each other, which makes us better,” emphasised Tim Höttges, President of the Management Board of Deutsche Telekom, on the occasion of the campaign.
The new European campaign by Deutsche Telekom is implemented in Albania, Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.
