Hrvatski Telekom, in co-operation with Microsoft Hrvatska and InfoCumulus, presented a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Service Pack or corporate service solutions tailored to meet market requirements that are now more available to and affordable for Croatian companies. The presentation was delivered during a joint press conference at the major regional IT event WinDays16 Conference, during which Tomislav Kosanović, Director of Standard ICT Products Department, pointed out that users opting for this service package were provided a comprehensive turnkey solution that included installation and implementation (with existing processes) of CRM solutions, user training, as well as further technical support 24/7 provided by dialling a special telephone number. Moreover, HT provides a situation analysis prior to installation, additional consultancy, and the opportunity of payment in monthly instalments.
