Hrvatski Telekom presented the ICT Premium Business Partner programme, intended for business customers of all sizes, from all industries and from all regions of Croatia. The programme’s basic feature is that Hrvatski Telekom partners provide professional support for HT ICT services as a turn-key solution.
By means of its partner network, Hrvatski Telekom offers support for passive and active networks, desktop services, virtualisation services, cloud services system services, and security. It is this kind of support that will make it easier for customers to employ primarily cloud services.
“We have become aware of the market demand for such kind of service, as our customers wish to switch to new technologies, primarily to cloud services that bring many benefits to business operation. Considering the fact that, in most cases, small and medium enterprises do not have experts who can assist them in the switch to such technologies, we have introduced the ICT professional support in the field. Hrvatski Telekom has recognised this partner programme as one of the strategic projects for the forthcoming years and made a considerable amount of resources available, which constitute a guarantee for our mutual success. Our partners play a crucial role in the project, and we consider them to be peers in our mutual growth and development,” said Boris Sesar, Director of the VSE/SME Propositioning Department.
Hrvatski Telekom has set up the partner programme model to the effect that both sides do what they do best and, by their joint appearance, create the best comprehensive offer for business customers.
“The aim of our ICT Premium Partner programme is to create a strong partner ecosystem that will enable our business customers to focus their resources on their primary business, while leaving it to us and our partners to take care of ICT support. This means a lot of responsibility, therefore we are selecting competent and agile partners who understand that only quality and reliability can create a true comparative advantage that is hard to copy. In this sense, we intend to invest in additional training of our partners and help them to achieve a stronger positioning on the markets they cover,” said Aljoša Pavelin, Director of the ICT Solution Management Sector.
