Hrvatski Telekom introduced a new functionality for its customers aiming at reduction of waiting time in T-Centers in Croatia. Besides coming to T-Centers in person and taking a ticket from the ticket dispenser, now you can get your number by sending a text message to 13131 and avoid waiting lines.
The new service called SMS Queue Management System is very simple. All a customer needs to do is send a text message to 13131 with RED in the message body. Then, the system leads him/her to the number of the queue machine in the selected city and selected T-Center. Except receiving the queue number, the customer also receives the information on the number of customers in line, and the average waiting time. The customer also has the option to select the time different than the time offered, that is to postpone his/her coming to T-Center.
The new SMS Queue Management System service will make the access to services of Hrvatski Telekom much easier, since, due to the high and constantly increasing number of customers, the customers sometimes experience queues in T-Centers.
