There is a new option on the market for the subscribers of mobile services of Hrvatski Telekom. It is called Home Assistance and is used for organization and resolving home emergencies. Using Home Assistance option, suitable engineers (plumber, carpenter, glazier, locksmith, and electrician) attend to carry out the emergency repairs in 45 minutes, everywhere in Croatia, 24/7.
The option is free for users of Najbolje tarife tariff plans: Pričam Surfam, Imam sve, Premimum and Tarifa za mlade, Mobile Net 7 GB and Mobile Net 25 GB; it only has to be activated. The price of the option for other subscribers amounts to HRK 12.00 per month. HT offers this option in collaboration with ORYX Group which is also the service provider.
The Home Assistance option can be activated and deactivated in a simple way via the web portal Moj Telekom, in any T-Center, at our sales partners and by calling our customer support. All Home Assistance services are ready to use 48 hours after receiving an activation text message. The service includes the work of an engineer worth up to HRK 1500.00 annually, whereas the annual cost of the service amounts to maximum HRK 144.00. The maintenance services can be used on multiple occasions throughout the membership year, up to the above-specified limit, and the customer is not obliged to activate the option on a yearly basis, but he/she can activate and use the service in the months of his/her choice.
Besides the standard telecommunications services provided on the best network with the largest 4G coverage and largest speeds, Hrvatski Telekom together with its partners endeavors to provide its customers with access to additional services which can make their lives simpler and easier. Therefore, within the aforementioned Najbolje tarife tariff plans, HT also offers different options such as: Road Assistance in Croatia and Europe, Deezer music streaming service, MAXtv to go Basic or Sport Plus package for mobile television service, Navigation and Lookput for malware protection, assistance in case of theft and backup of photographs and contacts. The users of the Najbolje tarife tariff plans: Pričam, Surfam, Imam sve, Premium and Tarifa za mlade, Mobile Net 7 Gb and Mobile Net 25 GB can choose from the foregoing options the one that suits them best free of charge, and they can also change it every 6 months.
An emergency in terms of the Home Assistance option is considered a sudden and unexpected incident that resulted in damage, or destruction of the customer’s property which needs to be repaired. In particular, it covers the repair of plumbing systems (water supply and sewage disposal), electrical installations, repair of locks and opening of doors, repair of broken glass surfaces and carpenter works.
The cost of spare parts, equipment and other material required for repairs will be covered by the customer in each particular cased, in accordance with the market price list and actual price of such parts and material. Any other service requested by the customer on the spot during the intervention will not be covered by this option and will be paid directly to the ORYX Group engineer in accordance with the applicable service price list.
