- In cooperation with Studentski centar Zagreb, HT digitalised the process of administration of student contracts, in the way that the overall data exchange is now carried out electronically
- Verification and electronic exchange of data has been enabled by means of the advanced electronic signature and with students' approval of the digital exchange of information
Hrvatski Telekom and Studentski centar Zagreb successfully finalised the project of establishing a fully digital process of preparation, verification, and processing of student contracts. The project provides better accuracy and control of the contracts, improvement of the business processes of the relevant entities, faster payment, but also improvement of customer experience, primarily students, who have been a part of the all-digital for a long time. HT digitalised the process of administration and exchange of student contracts, in cooperation with its long-term partner Studentski centar Zagreb, as one of the important steps of e-Transformation of Hrvatski Telekom and improvement of customer experience and end-to-end digitalisation of business processes. This was done in the way that the entire exchange of data between all participants in the business process is now carried out electronically.
This new approach drives out the traditional printed contracts in several copies, originated in 1957, from the game as the main means of data exchange. Now, the entire preparation and exchange of data between HT, as employer, students, as employees, and Studentski centar Zagreb, as student employment agency, is carried out electronically, with proper legal requirements being fulfilled and adjustment of both HT and SC systems. The verification and electronic exchange of data is now enabled by means of the advanced electronic signature and with the students' approval of the digital exchange of information, in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
Studentski centar Zagreb also has confirmed its position not only as the biggest, but also the most advanced student centre. The project has also been consigned to the student centres in Osijek, Split, and Rijeka.
