For the second year in a row, Hrvatski Telekom has received the Employer Partner Certificate, which is awarded to companies that have a highly developed human resources management system. The Employer Partner Certificate was accepted on behalf of HT by Human Resources Directors Iva Lopac Butorac and Sanda Sudić.
In order to meet the Certificate's standards, companies must achieve at least 75 per cent of standards in five key human resources areas: strategy, recruitment and selection, labor, motivation and rewarding, advanced training and development and approach to employees. Hrvatski Telekom achieved a high score in all five areas and demonstrated that, even in a time of transformation, it is maintaining high standards in employee management.
