All the viewers that grumble for years because of the lousy NYE tv probram, have just gotten a superior alternative: in a promotional period from 16 to 22 December they can try Pickbox, a new MAXtv package with more than 70 series and 300 movies.
The Pickbox package always includes more than 2500 hours of program that is fully localized, translated, commercial-free and with unlimited availability. After the expiry of the promotional period, the Pickbox package will still be available to MAXtv users at only HRK 38 per month, that is at HRK 31.67 to those users who sign a 12-month contract.
Among more than 70 series and 300 movies, the Pickbox package in includes hit-series such as “Sherlock”, “Breaking Bad”, “Under the Doome”, “Once Upon a Time”, “Vikings” as well as the thriller “Extant” with Halle Berry and Goran Višnjić in lead roles. The offer also includes block busters such as “The Chronicles of Narnia”, “Wall-E” and “Toy Story”. An attractive element of the Pickbox offer is Hotbox Premier that includes new series 24 hours after their global premier. The majority of series in Pickbox is available in complete seasons, which enables the viewers to enjoy them by watching episode by episode.
Starting form 22 December, MAXtv users can watch over Pickbox the complete two seasons of the highly awarded TV series “The House of Cards” with Kevin Spacey and Robin Right in lead roles. Las year “The House of Cards” had 62 award nominations, and won 10 awards including the prestigious Golden Globe.
Pickbox offers the fans of detective stories to enjoy a rich selection of series among which the series “Castle” stands out, as well as the British classics such as “Poirot”, “A Touch of Frost”, “Dalziel and Pasco” “The Inspector Lynley Mysteries”. The offer also includes the BBC classics, the awarded documentaries and cult series such as “Absolutely Fabulous”, “The Office” “Black Adder” and “Red Dwarf”.
