Hrvatski Telekom, the leading provider of telecommunications services in Croatia, is the communication partner at the 14th Windays conference. The biggest business and technology conference in Croatia takes place in Umag from 7 to 10 April, and HT also participates in the conference with interesting lectures. On Tuesday, 8 April, Mr. Tomislav Kosanović and Mr. Kruno Jugović held a presentation on the topic “ICT – Foundations of the Successful Business” where they presented standard and special business services of Hrvatski Telekom.
The standard services have predefined characteristics, prices, they come in different packages and they respond to the needs of small and medium enterprises. The majority of these services consists of cloud services located on the Hrvatski Telekom secure servers in data centers in Croatia. The business users have already recognized services like Cloud Nadzor vozila (cloud car tracking), Cloud Server and Cloud Exchange Mail because they find them necessary in their daily business. As of recently, the standard services offer has been enriched with Cloud Data Center, Clould Pravni propisi (cloud legislation) and Cloud Call Center.
Customers can easily buy all these services at HT’s virtual shop called ICT Marketplace. Before buying them, all the standard services can be obtained for a 30-day free trial period. ICT Marketplace also offers business apps developed by HT partners, e.g. Sugar CRM – CRM process management application – Online Meeting – application for scheduling meetings and Spontania Video – application for video meetings.
Ms. Marina Šimunić from Naše klasje and Mr. Goran Kramarić from Applied Ceramics presented their experience in implementation of HT’s standard services.
The special business solutions are tailored to specific needs of individual users and give answer to the most complex ICT challenges. The need for special business solutions most commonly appears in large companies. HT’s experts for special business solutions analyze business operations, existing infrastructure and appropriate systems. After the performed analysis, they create a report on the customer’s status and give proposals for improvement. Then they design a specific ICT solution.
